1. Prohibited Activities
- Abuse and Illegal Activities: You must not engage in any form of abuse, illegal activities, or actions that disrupt the service.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: The use of OpenScaler's resources for cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited.
- Spam, Disruptive Behavior & Automated Abuse: Do not use your public IP address for activities such as spamming, aggressive web scraping, or any automated behavior that may disrupt our services or others, or result in IP blacklisting. Such actions may lead to immediate termination of your resources.
2. Alpha Stage Acknowledgment
As of April 30, 2025, OpenScaler is in its alpha stage with limited resources. By using our services during this period, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Resource Limitations: Your usage and resources may be terminated at any time without prior notice, and data loss may occur. While we will endeavor to inform you beforehand, we cannot guarantee notification.
- Data Protection: We implement measures to protect your data. However, due to the current stage of development, we advise against using our services for production purposes as it can go down at any time.
